Digital Products (eBooks and Downloads)

All digital products are non-refundable.

Once payment is completed and download access is provided, the product is considered delivered. Because digital products can be copied and retained, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree to this condition.

Physical Products (Printed Books and Merchandise)

Physical products may be eligible for return or replacement only if:

• The item is defective

• The item is damaged during delivery

• The wrong item was received

Return requests must be submitted within [X] days of delivery and must include proof of the issue.

Items must be unused and in original condition unless damaged during shipping.

Non-Returnable Cases

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Normal wear and tear

• Delays caused by courier services

• Digital products under any circumstance

If you experience issues accessing a digital product, contact us. We will help restore access, but this does not qualify for a refund.
